Update: This works, with some modifications. My first attempt was wax sticks with wicks on parchment paper. The wax melted slowly and got underneath the stickers. It went a little better with melting wax beads in a spoon, but I got sick of holding the spoon and overheating caused a lot of bubbles in the seal. The parchment paper was a failure. My second attempt was glue gun wax (highly recommend, it's so much easier) on a silicone mat. Success!

I like Notion because each of those characters has their own page where I can keep notes (how to address them, how I know them, rumors, stuff to mention in next letters, etc). Between the forums, chat, the newsletter, and actual letters, I needed a place I could collect my info!

I've got it all in Notion- a database with tags & checkboxes for characters another database for letter tracking, with detailed info & notes inside that.

I'd been thinking that Morven just had a birthday but I changed my mind! April 12th

I'm planning on either pouring the wax seals over some circle stickers I have, or using glue dots after the seals are made if that doesn't work. So the staff will need to apply my seals like a sticker, basically. You could also put something the wax won't stick to under the flap of your envelope/paper so that it looks like it's sealed, but is actually not.
