How often may we send in letters?

Question for our GM(s)... what is the desired letter writing cadence? Do you want it free flowing as in write 'em and send 'em in as you do and just keep writing and replying, or should we write and compile a batch of letters and send them in as a packet after every newsletter? My suspicion is the former, but would appreciate knowing your vision of how it should flow. Thanks!
