Overnight Stay: Saturday
Add a Saturday night stay to your experience and have access to a beautifully appointed room where you can store costumes and cosmetics and have private space to rest and relax. Have a lovely Chef created breakfast in the morning after your day in 1813, and opportunities to talk with our game designers. This purchase is for the hotel and breakfast for Saturday night/Sunday morning only, and does not include tickets to the event. Please add those to your cart to attend.

Likeness & Photography Waiver
All ticket purchasers and other attendees to Incantrix Productions events consent to the following Photography and Video Policy as a condition precedent to their ticket purchase and/or attending an Incantrix Productions event:

If you attend our events you accept this photo & video policy. It’s very simple. We have photographers and sometimes a video crew at our events. Sometimes we have outside media visiting as well. That means that you may appear in photographs or videos while attending our event. We’ll be respectful about it, but mention it here so there’s no misunderstandings later. Any participant who attends our events consents to being photographed and featured in videos. Photographs and videos are important to capture the magical moments at our events and, most importantly, offer our participants memories of their amazing role-play, friends, and costumes. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
Ticket Policies (No refunds, only transfer)
Incantrix Productions are customized experiences where the event design is started for each attendee upon ticket purchase. This means, once you purchase a ticket or pay your down-payment to a future event, our company is working hard to make sure you have the best experience possible. This means practical and important expenditures, such as design costs, non-refundable venue fees, and other staff and materials costs are incurred by our company to fulfill your purchase. Therefore, we must have a no ticket refund policy. This is because we are dedicated to giving you (and everyone else) an amazing experience. So, just like a ticket to a theater show or pre-booking a cruise we cannot offer refunds as production costs begin for you once your ticket is purchased.

Notwithstanding, we do permit ticket purchasers, who cannot make the event date for the ticket, the ability to transfer their ticket to a future event or experience of the same or lesser value. If you cannot attend on the ticket’s event date please contact us in advance at gm@romancingjan.com so we can hold and/or transfer your ticket to a future event.
